IPMA (International Project Management Association for HR)
Offered by The International Project Management Association for Human Resources, the certificate focuses only on human resources work. In order to get the IMPA-CP certification, you need to fulfill the following requirements-
No degree- You must have a minimum of eight years of human resources experience. This should include at least one year in public sector human resources.
Associate’s degree- You must have a minimum of six years of human resources experience. This should include at least one year in public sector human resources.
Bachelor’s degree- You must have a minimum of four years of human resources experience. This should include at least one year in public sector human resources.
Graduate-level degree- You must have a minimum of two years of human resources experience. Also, a minimum of one year of public sector human resources experience is needed.
TMI (Talent Management Institute)
The three certifications provided by the Talent Management Institute for the professionals are- Talent Management Practitioner, Senior Talent Management Practitioner, and Global Talent Management Leader.
Talent Management Practitioner
This certification is meant for both HR professionals and recent graduates. You will be ready to build your career with an HR degree and talent management qualification. Gear up to earn TMP certification and portray your conviction towards the profession to get hired by the hiring manager.
Senior Talent Management Practitioner
