How to Crack Upper Back: 3 Simple Ways to Do It
Working people often have complaints of back pain. Due to long working hours at the office and sitting before the computer in the same position, our back starts paining. Taking regular breaks from work will help us tackle this.
Another way is to crack your upper back to relax your reflexes. If you don’t know how to crack your upper back then check out the 3 methods to do so in this post. These methods will help you to crack your back easily and make you comfortable.
The first two methods can be tried at the office and you can go for the third method at home whenever you are free.
Lean back on a chair
Take a chair and stretch your back by leaning back. This is the simplest method to crack your back. At the time of leaning back, take your hands at the back of your head and then lean comfortably. Lean till you hear the cracking sound.
The chair’s length should be more than the middle of your back as this will allow you to lean back comfortably; it will be the best if you can get a chair that has the equal length as that of your back. Take a strong chair and not a weak chair as a weak chair may fall you down when you lean back.
Twist yourself on a chair
It is another simple and easy way to crack your upper back. Simply sit on a chair and twist your body on the left side and then on the right side and this will do the job for you. Do it 2-3 times and you will hear the cracking sound.
Do upward stretching
Upward stretching will help to get the crack sound quickly. Just get a mat, lay it on the floor. Now, you sleep over it with your belly side downwards and then slowly raise your body from head till the stomach part and you will hear the crack sound and fill relaxed.
So, we guess now you know how to crack upper back and can do it yourself. Whenever you feel stressed out or feel too lethargic after working for long hours at the office then you can do these practices and relax yourself.
First two methods can be done at the office easily so you must try it out after regular intervals at the office, this will make you feel relaxed and you will be able to work with comfort and ease once again.
